**Practice Manager**
- Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Practice Manager to join their boutique Accounting firm. As the Practice Manager, you will play an important role in leading the team, liaising with the ATO, providing HR assistance and bringing best-in-class service to their clientele.

**Duties and Responsibilities***
- Management of the administration team
- Provide support to accounting staff and partners
- Manage client and staff onboarding processes
- Maintain database and practice software including Xero, APS and ATOMate
- Assist the accounting team with data entry tasks such as timesheets, invoicing, receipts, and disbursements as required
- Liaise with ATO

**Skills and Abilities***
- Senior-level experience within an accounting firm is essential in the same or a similar position
- Ability to manage a small team of staff
- Current experience with Xero and the ATO portal is preferred
- A professional, friendly disposition with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills including follow-up/follow-through of tasks
