**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking a Hydraulic Technician to join our high performing team in Richlands QLD 4077.

**We are seeking people that have transferable skills. If you are a deasil fitter, auto fitter, air frame fitter, or motor mechanic and looking for a new path in a specialized field - become a hydraulic technician with Berendsen Fluid Power.**

Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Strip, measure, inspect and report on all components
- Cleaning and preparing components
- Assemble and testing of cylinders
- Attend and participate in toolbox talks
- Ensuring a safe and tidy workspace is maintained.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you must possess;
- Relevant Trade (essential) and welding qualifications (highly desirable)
- Experience stripping and rebuilding cylinders
- Solid understanding of hydraulic cylinder clearances and tolerances
- Understanding of the re-manufacture process including machining and welding
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and work with others
- Experience with fault finding and diagnostics is advantageous.
