**The Company**

**The Role**
Due to significant growth, they are seeking a motivated, proactive, and experienced
**HR Manager** to join their team.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role also forms part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Key roles and responsibilities include:

- Providing day-to-day HR management, industrial and employee relations advice, guidance and support to management and employees - a team of approx. 70 employees with a 30/70 split of white to blue collar
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of professional / administrative white-collar employees.
- Building and managing relationships with vendors and key stakeholders - overseeing external service provider in relation to the supply of blue-collar employees - supporting the Operations Manager and Operations Team
- Contribute to the development; implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and contemporary HR management practices to provide effective, consistent, and timely delivery of HR services.
- Manage and lead the review of all Employment Contracts, change of conditions and relevant award
- Provide advice, coaching and support to line managers on performance management / counselling and disciplinary action.
- Implement and Manage scheduled HR activities ie. annual performance reviews, annual remuneration reviews, headcount planning.
- Actively involved in the development of strategic objectives, relating to people, structure, attraction and retention, employee engagement and the employee value proposition

**About You**
You are either an established HR manager experience or a Senior HR Professional ready to take the next leap. Ideally, you’ll have:

- Tertiary qualifications Human Resource Management/ related discipline or equivalent.
- Preferably 3 - 5 years’ experience at HR Advisor level - as a generalist and not siloed to a specific individual function.
- Relevant experience in a small to medium sized company - implementing process and structure
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and credibility.
- Australian Permanent resident or citizen.
