Cleaner Janitor Handyperson

Our property portfolio consists of a large commercial, office and hospitality precinct in Ipswich as well as various other property assets within the region.

We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Cleaner/Janitor/Handyperson to join our team on a permanent basis to maintain the cleaning and upkeep of the property and grounds.

We are a large and diversified business made up of a friendly and professional group of employees living and working around the Ipswich region.

The key requirements of the role include;
- Regular weekly cleaning schedule including offices, bathrooms and common area facilities
- General upkeep around the grounds including gardens and hosing outdoor areas
- General maintenance and repairs
- Some heavy lifting will be required

We are able to offer this role on a full time basis or part time basis depending on what you are seeking.

The successful applicant will be a reliable person who takes pride in your work. You will require excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. In return, you will be respected for the work that you put in and paid accordingly.
