Cafe Manager

**About the role**

As a Duty Manager/Shift Supervisor, you will assist the management team in offering 'hands-on' support in all aspects of the store operations.

**You will also be responsible for**:

- Advocating and upholding TCC Operational standards across all learning academies
- Working alongside staff members whilst running and managing a shift
- To be able to accurately record sales and banking, and to be able to investigate, explain and report on any discrepancies
- Administrative duties including collecting invoices and recording of food safety requirements
- To be able to enforce daily and weekly systems and procedures to ensure a high level of presentation, hygiene, service, product quality and security.
- To be able to achieve 90 plus consistent score in the mystery shoppers evaluations, after 3 months of taking over
- Limited cleaning duties including washing dishes and tidying dish area.
