**About the opportunity**

Our Corporate Graduate Program is a unique and exciting early careers pathway dedicated to providing meaningful work, growth and security. Our graduates will receive tailored mentoring and support whilst gaining exposure through rotations across a range of departments prior to settling in a specific area at the end of the Program.

We are seeking Safety Graduates who have recently completed a degree in any of the following disciplines - Occupational Safety, Health and Hygiene, Occupational Health or Psychology.

This is a structured 2-year program which will commence in January 2025. Located in Osborne, South Australia, and Henderson, Western Australia this program offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to
- Commence their health and safety career with a leading defence organisation.
- Be exposed to core functions, including Risk Management, Incident Management, Safety Systems and data analysis, Audit Assurance and Occupational Health.
- Develop expertise in Safety Management by collaborating across business units to support the Safety Management System and meet regulatory requirements.

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
