**About The Role**

Endeavour Foundation is a member of **Charitable Recycling Australia (CRA)** which promotes the impact of the charitable reuse, recycling and retail sector. As a **Recycling Attendant**, you will play an integral role in the coordination of recyclable goods to ensure objects are recycled appropriately. You will achieve this by:

- Inspecting the load of each public vehicle entering the waste facility to direct drivers to the appropriate recycling areas.
- Direct customers to the correct location and the advise the appropriate methods of disposing.
- Maintain a high level of tidiness and presentation of premises to ensure Endeavour and the waste facility’s image is of the highest standard.
- Comply with Endeavour’s Work Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in and out of the workplace is upheld.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Excellent customer service, great communication and a keen eye for resalable goods.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and utilising manual handling equipment.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and be a respectful team player.
- Availability for weekend work.
- Forklift license highly desirable
