**About the gig:
**Reporting to the Store Manager and Team Supervisor, you'll be a cafe-all rounder by preparing recipes, drinks, providing heartfelt service and ensuring cleanliness in the cafe.
- In a nutshell: _
- You'll prepare the cafe working area by cleaning equipment, utensils and dishes
- You'll prepare orders as per order slips (drinks, smoothies, coffees and healthy wraps and salads are on the menu)
- You'll take orders from customers and provide them with the absolute best service
- You'll work collaboratively in a team with other crew members
- You'll practice "clean as you go" at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store
- You'll be on top of all cafe promotions, standards and specifications

**All about you**:

- You have aligned experience working as a cafe-all rounder for at least 6 months. A+ for you
- You're comfortable working with a 7-day rotating roster, approximately 20 hours per week
- You love to create refreshing experiences for people as much as you love to guarantee a super safe and presentable environment for all
- You are people focused. You're warm, honest and genuine
- You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels
- You don't get flustered easily. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to deliver
- You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. You're cool with ambiguity, and you roll with the punches when things change
