This client is a leading QLD-owned integrated property development and construction group that specialise in the delivery of large-scale luxury residential high-rise, commercial mixed-use and retail developments valued up to 200mil.

As well as managing the development and delivery of their own portfolio, this group leverages strong relationships with a variety of institutional blue-chip clients including property investment funds, JV developers, and retail/hotel.

**The Role**:

- Manage all structural trades, scaffold & cranage and ensure they are fulfilling their responsibilities (scope, contract and project time frames)
- Complete all required inspections & checklists for all structural trades
- Ensure WHS procedures are observed and practiced
- Assist Site Manager & Provide Project Manager all relevant documentation as required
- Ensure the project meets its required performance targets in relation to program
- Liaise with Consultants on site as required
- Able to develop, monitor & review short term programs in line with overall program

**Experience Required**:

- 5+ years' structural experience on large-scale residential and/or commercial construction projects
- Foreman/Supervisor background paired with relevant trade qualification
- Strong work ethic, workmanship & quality focus with attention to detail
