Worldwide known Financial Services organisation and Australia’s market leader is looking for an experienced Finance Systems Business Partner to join their team based in the North Sydney Area.

**Your new role**

As the Finance Systems Business Partner, you will be responsible for upgrading processes, systems and technology in order to support the company’s goals and objectives as well as looking after the Business Partner operating model.

Main duties include:

- Design and configuration of relevant systems and platforms, to implement business-initiated improvements.
- Actively engage with the Corporate Finance team, IT and 3rd party vendors to maintain communication of relevant systems and platform changes
- Drive and provide support on the delivery of Corporate Services related projects by having dual responsibility of a business analyst and project manager.
- Facilitate and support the delivery of cost reduction activities and strategy.
- Support the development of a high-performance culture by mentoring, developing, and rewarding colleagues to maximise their contribution and potential.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be a CPA qualified professional with 8 or more years of experience in similar roles and strong leadership and people management skill with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels.
