AC Hargreaves is a Brisbane-based, family-owned company specialising in the electric motor repair industry for 60 years. With decades of experience offering quality products and services like rewinding & repairing AC/DC motors, alternators, transformers, brake coils, pumps and more. Rapid expansion and diversification into the fields of laser shaft alignment, condition monitoring, onsite balancing and other exciting new areas have created the need for an experienced Logistics Officer to join the team.

**Role Overview**:

- Maintain accurate records of all products and materials in the warehouse.
- Interact with vendors, customers and the AC Hargreaves team
- Track stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Receive incoming shipments of goods and materials.
- Inspect items for quality and quantity, noting any discrepancies.
- Document and report damaged or defective products.
- Properly store items in designated warehouse locations.
- Ensure efficient use of warehouse space.
- Implement and maintain an organized shelving and storage system
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labelling and packaging.
- Customer service orientated with good communication skills.
- Computer skills, including Outlook and MS Word
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly and approachable attitude and manner.
- Ability to work independently and in pressure situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Manual Drivers License
- Current Forklift License

**What's On Offer**:

- $66,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience, including superannuation.
