**About the Opportunity**

At Metro we are committed to making the journey better for all Tasmanians. We have a great opportunity for a detail orientated Finance Officer to support our financial services team.

We are looking for a numbers person who enjoys performing a range of finance-based processes and procedures.

**About you**

Are you a finance superstar with an eye for detail who enjoys customer service? Do you have recent and relevant experience performing a range of accounting functions? If so, join us and be a part of a supportive team that values growth, professionalism and diversity.
- High-level communication skills and experience in creating documents that are clear, accurate and concise.
- Computer literacy with the ability to use and learn multiple computer software packages.
- Experience compiling, analysing and presenting data to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate several workflows simultaneously, including the skill to prioritise, plan and complete your own work activities within a timely manner.
- A drive for providing excellent customer service & managing sensitive issues with discretion.
- Certificate III in Financial Services (Accounting) or equivalent (desirable)
