We are looking for a National HSEQ &Compliance Officer to join our team.

**Your duties will include**:

- Support the HSEQ and Compliance Manager in the management of quality, safety, environment, food safety, Chain of Responsibility and all business site compliance.
- Support the HSEQ and Compliance Manager in the administration, monitoring and enhancement of Northline’s Integrated Management System.
- Providing constructive feedback and support to managers and employees on leading and lagging indicator management (including hazard identification, incident reporting, investigations, implementing and monitoring corrective actions).
- Providing support and innovation to managers and supervisors for SitePass and InControl in the use of the systems.
- Developing, maintaining and updating HSEQ policies, procedures and work instructions for the business as required.
- Demonstrating and leading a culture of HSEQ, to positively influence HSEQ compliance and performance in the business.
- Assisting with audits and audit programs where required (including internal and external certifications for customer sand safe work, risk management).
- A diploma or equivalent in OHS (e.g Cert IV Workplace Health and Safety) - highly regarded.
- Experience with Chain of Responsibility, Dangerous Goods, Incident Management, and First Aid & Emergency Management.
- An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex data to identify trends and patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to meeting KPIs in an individual and team setting and be outcomes driven.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and internal company software.
