- **Weekly pay + Penalties + Car Allowance**:

- **Hobart Based role - Monday - Friday**

You will be working on various construction, remediation, and rehabilitation projects around Hobart. This role is offered on a Monday - Friday basis, with occasional overtime and weekend work required.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;
- Assisting project delivery by providing a mix of day-to-day site supervision and managing your team
- Leading the team on productive safe work behaviour
- Setting up and pack up of site
- Co-ordination of employees and subcontractors
- Communication with internal and external parties and careful planning of activities on site
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
- Completion of QA and HSE paperwork

- Prior experience in construction, remediation, and refurbishment projects - preferably in concrete repair, structural steel and coating works
- Prior supervision experience
- Trade certification and/or construction qualifications
