**About the role**:
As the PMO Coordinator you will be supporting the People, Change and Learning teams and having a sound understanding of complex change at an enterprise level would be highly advantageous.

**What you will be doing**:

- Managing and updating program planning against the integrated change plan in Jira.
- Leading the governance process and prepare and update change reports ensuring they are updated in a timely manner.
- Identifying and tracking program wide Change risks and dependencies, including potential issues that may impact timelines
- Resourcing, timesheet management and managing in resource forecasting to ensure resources are not under or over forecasted.
- Along with all other program support responsibilities i.e scheduling, inbox management and financial activities.
- Previous experience as a PMO Analyst within large enterprise IT programs
- Sound understanding of project management methodologies and previous exposure working either in or closely with Change teams.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to meet meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Your technical skills matched with strong communication and relationship-building skills will result in long-term success in the role and organisation
