**About Us**:
The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997, in the grungy streets of Woolloomooloo, armed with Mum’s garage, a beat-up coffee roaster and passion on tap, we set out on a wild adventure of business and coffee discovery. Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family.

Fast forward 26 years we’re an energetic team and merry band of misfits united by a common passion for doing amazing things, and at the forefront of pushing the limits of premium specialty coffee.

Representing our business as our Melbourne Café Supervisor for our new café in Fitzroy, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our café presence and transforming it into a local hotspot.

As our Flagship Café Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring seamless operation of food, coffee stations, and customer experience.
- Leading by example to cultivate a positive team environment
- Collaborating with the Head Barista, Café Manager, Cook and overseeing Front of House operations.
- Prioritizing safety by actively participating in safety protocols and incident reporting.

Interviews will be conducted strictly on the following dates**:3rd, 6th, 9th & 10th December**.

Our café is set to open by the end of January, and we are looking for a Flagship Café Supervisor to join us prior to the grand opening, allowing you to actively participate in preparations and contribute to a successful launch. The team from Toby’s Estate Sydney will be on-site during the initial weeks of the opening, providing additional support and guidance.
