Micway Transport is a family owned and operated business with over two decades of experience within refrigerated transport.

We own a modern and well-maintained fleet at our Arndell Park Distribution Centre, at Micway Transport we pride ourselves in excellent customer service, high safety standards and high food handling standards.

**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Yard Marshall to work with our operations team to ensure the smooth running of our transport task.

**Tasks involved**:

- Communication with supervisors, drivers and loaders
- Allocate docks to incoming drivers
- Assist in the movement of vehicles in the yard to minimise wait times
- Inspect vehicles on return to the yard.

**Skills required**:

- HC licence required
- Previous transport operational experience
- Safety focused
- Excellent people management skills
- Highly organised
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and Work Health Safety (WHS) legislation
- Knowledge of HACCP and NSW Food Safety

**Required from you**:

- RMS report issued within the last 3 months
- National Police Check issued within the last 3 months

**Salary**: $21.38 - $30.00 per hour
