Strategic Remedial Solutions is a Sydney-based, privately owned remedial & construction business, with a key commitment to quality and timely service. Throughout SRS’ history, we have worked with clients in the Strata, Industrial, Commercial, and Government sectors, who have trusted us to protect & maintain their built assets over decades.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be entrusted with the running & delivery of our strata remedial & commercial projects, and you will report directly to our Operations & Project Managers. You will be responsible for overseeing all site requirements, including team management & administration, OH&S, and quality assurance to ensure works are completed to relevant specifications and Australian Standards.

This job is very interesting and has a diverse range of responsibilities, we are therefore looking for someone who is proactive and able to take initiative.

We have a project ready to start in the coming weeks in Cremorne, but afterwards there will be projects across Sydney for you to run.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects as a Site Manager.
- A strong background in delivering remedial projects.
- Proven team management skills.
- Ability to assist the Project Manager with programming tasks where required.
- A talent for ensuring the best performance from subcontractors.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- A strong commitment to safety.
- Proficiency in site management technology (e.g. Procore).
- A self-driven attitude and a willingness to step in and use tools if required.
- A relevant degree or trade background (e.g. Carpentry).
- A strong understanding of Australian Standards.
- Problem-solving skills to ensure works are completed in accordance with scopes of work & specifications.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
