Our Client is a leading asphalt company specialising in main roads and highways projects for local councils and RMS. Delivering high-quality results they are seeking dedicated individuals to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in asphalt laying and related tasks

Operate rollers or bobcats (for Level 3)

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Work effectively within a team

**Qualifications and Skills**:
White Card

Valid driver's licence

MR/HR Licence (Advantageous)

Roller or Bobcat Operator experience (Advantageous)

**Additional Requirements**:
Flexibility to work day and night shifts

Comfortable with working away from home

**Shift Details**:
**Day Shift**: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to approximately 5:00pm

**Living Away From Home Allowance (LAHA)**: $90/day

Accommodation covered

2 meals provided (breakfast & lunch)

**Night Shift**: Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to approximately 4:00am

**Living Away From Home Allowance (LAHA)**: $90/day

Accommodation covered

2 meals provided (dinner & breakfast)
