We are currently seeking two new Restoration Technicians to join our team at WA Flood and Fire.

Experience is not essential. Training will be provided to energetic, motivated applicants.

As a Restoration Technician, your duties would include flood restoration, fire cleaning, mould remediation, and bio-hazard cleaning. You will be working to assist people in times of need after a storm or fire by removing water and drying and cleaning their property. You will also learn to remediate mould and mycotoxins.

Location: Canning Vale, Western Australia

**Salary**: Starting at $30 per hour (plus $10 PPE allowance and penalty rates)

**Job Type**: Casual, with potential to become full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform flood restoration, fire cleaning, mould removal, and bio cleaning services as required
- Provide assistance to homeowners and businesses affected by floods, fires, and other disasters
- Participate in on-the-job training and certification courses as required
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour for extended periods of time
- Possession of a valid driver's license (preferably manual)
- Ability to obtain a police clearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The position starts on a casual basis at a minimum of 15 hrs per week with the potential to increase hours or become full-time. The salary starts at $30 per hour, with additional allowances for PPE and penalty rates. We offer on-the-job training and certification courses to help you develop your skills and advance your career.
