**About the role**

At present EH Recruitment has been appointed to recruit a proficient Bagging Machine Operator.

Our client services a range of agriculture crops & organic farms.

Previous bagging machine experience or the desire to be trained.

Forklift License is required

Mechanically minded

Flexible in starting times

Flexible with working overtime, including the possibility of Saturday & Sundays to meet production requirements

Stack product when required

Reporting production issues as they arise

Complete paperwork & monitor quality of product

Live Locally to Narangba, QLD

**About You**

Physically fit as some lifting required, up to 25kgs

Working positively and collaboratively with team members & carrying out basic maintenance

Ability to Multi-task

Strong attention to detail and excellent accuracy

Excellent work ethic with a "can do" attitude and approach

A disciplined, proactive approach to timelines and compliance to policies & procedures

High standard of work, with initiative and reliability

Strong problem solving and decision making abilities

Safety and quality focus to perform duties in a safe and responsible manner

Reliable and efficient

Must have full working rights within Australia
