Fulltime position, ongoing preferably.

InHome Care SA provides Home Care Packages, private and brokered services to older people living in the Adelaide metropolitan area. Our focus is on the delivery of personalised, high quality, reliable and genuinely responsive services.
We are currently seeking a person who has relevant qualifications (e.g. Nursing, Allied Health, Social Work, Disability Care, Case Co-ordination or similar) and experience to join our expanding Consumer Services Co-ordination team.
The successful applicant will have true empathy and respect for older people, a demonstrated capacity to work with consumers to develop, implement and review care plans and care budgets, a commitment to working with family carers, a well developed understanding of the Aged Care Standards and the ability to support staff providing direct care.
They will have great interpersonal and team membership skills, well-developed computer skills, sound documentation skills and they will be highly motivated.
For this position, a genuine understanding of the Greek culture will be highly regarded. Greek language skills will be beneficial but are not essential.

**Salary**: $69,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
