As the
- **Head of Paid Media** through consulting and project management excellence, digital strategic expertise, you will:
- Drive the creation of client strategy across the areas of the business.
- Develop and execute successful solutions, tools and services, in collaboration with the team, to enable clients to achieve their marketing and advertising objectives.
- Actively consult with clients and the team regarding marketing objectives, audience segmentation, SEO and other issues and challenges confronting the businesses.
- Identify strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion sales across GrowthOps Performance, and oversee the digital execution within the paid media team.
- Strategically drive new technologies within the business, both for clients and the broader agency, keeping pace with the latest opportunities to improve business performance and ROI.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**

**_Strategy _**
- Identify strategic channel development opportunities
- Development of best practice adoption strategy for clients
- Identify cross collaboration opportunities within GrowthOps particularly with a view to
developing our Paid Media offering
- Collaborate with other heads of practice & Business Development to drive a
successful track record of new business
- Educate the team regarding relevant evolution globally in the Performance category
- Translate agreed plans into tactical plans and strategies which can be rolled out and
communicated to the team.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee strategy for all Paid Media clients, campaigns and approaches
- Be responsible for the performance of our Paid Media practice, as well as the
strategies we put in place for our clients

**_Process _**
- Oversee the operations and delivery of the Paid Media team. Ensuring time is used efficiently, deadlines are met, and standards are exceptional
- Minimise mistakes through automation and training to develop time effective checking protocols for errors and inconsistencies
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across the whole Paid Media team and implement new practices and procedures as required, ensuring that the team is aware of those processes and able to deliver
- Actively review current processes and improve ways of working to result in client satisfaction

**_People _**
- Provide training and guides to new and existing employees on practices and procedures across the whole team
- Manage and develop your team, ensuring key staff are retained, motivated, and developed through personal development plans and regular performance reviews
- Work with HR to ensure company values are communicated and demonstrated within the business
- Liaise with HR to develop group and individual training programs
- The desire to contribute to our culture of creativity and growth, and team happiness

**_Delivery _**
- Provide insightful input into sales approach, strategy, and prioritisation
- Oversee SLAs to ensure Account Management team communicate effectively with
clients and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are deployed according to GrowthOps
guidelines and client expectations
- Review and monitor teams productivity, utilisation and scope of work to ensure we remain profitable as a business

**_Channel Planning _**
- Build on a strategy for the growth of the Paid media channels on an annual basis & beyond from both a financial performance and staffing
- Translate agreed plans into tactical strategies which can be rolled out and communicated to the team
- Develop, execute and suggest initiatives and events that enhance GrowthOps presence in the marketplace
- Overall accountability for the quality and delivery of all digital campaigns
- Overall responsibility for channel’s financial goals and targets
