**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop claims and disputes strategy for clients involved in major projects and oversee counsel and experts to implement strategy.
- Draft motions, trial briefs, examination outlines and other documents for domestic and international matters.
- Guide clients through regulatory investigations.
- Coordinate experts and Counsel engagements.
- Mange junior associates on matters.

**The skills and attributes we are looking for**
- 5-8 years of litigation/law firm experience
- Australian qualified (or willing to re-qualify in Australia)
- Team player, who adopts a ‘firm/team first’ mindset
- Good understanding of the key risks and issues involved in multi-party construction and
- Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity
- Take ownership and accountability for tasks
- Outstanding communication skills
- Self starter and takes ownership of career development
- Resilient, solutions-focused and can work effectively and productively under pressure
- Client service focus
