Pinjarra Swimming Club: Head Coach

The Pinjarra Swimming Club is seeking a passionate Head Coach to join our team.

As a small, family-oriented country club, we are currently training four afternoons a week with the view to increase training sessions as our club membership increases.

You will have the opportunity to provide leadership, guidance, training and encouragement for our Senior and Junior Squads developing our swimmers skills, fitness and technique from initial sign up to competition at State through National level.

PSC fosters the enjoyment of swimming for all members and competes at meets in both short course and long course at the highest levels.

The coach would be required to:

- Plan and deliver training programmes that support members from initial sign-up to competitive swimming.
- Communicate in a positive and supportive manner to swimmers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Swimmers, Parents and the Committee.
- Determine, prepare for and attend target meets during the swimming season including country pennants.
- Hold a current Working with children Check-CPR, First Aid-National Police clearance
- be a registered member of ASCTA and be willing to become a Swimming WA Member, and have up to date coaching accreditation Development Level or Above.
