**Overview of the Warakirri Agriculture Graduate Program**

The Warakirri Agriculture Graduate Program provides you with a unique, structured development program in Dairy. Each year Aurora Dairies offers up to four Dairy Graduate placements and will include experiences living and working across a number of farms along with exposure to the broader corporate team.

**About Aurora Dairies**

Aurora Dairies is committed to a long-term investment in the Australian Dairy Industry and operates a portfolio of 47 dairy farms across south-eastern Australia, and 7 dairy farms in New Zealand.

Aurora relies on local expertise to operate and improve the productivity of its dairy farms by employing and developing great people, investing in technology, farm development strategies, and supporting infrastructure. Aurora’s operating culture prioritises the health and safety of its employees - inclusive of a strong work-life balance, animal welfare and seeks to positively contribute to the environment and communities in which Aurora operates.

**What will I get out of the Graduate Program?**
- You will work as part of the on-farm and corporate teams on day-to-day farming activities and real projects, whilst receiving on the job coaching, training and mentorship.
- You will gain exposure to different production regions, farming systems and corporate administration. This exposure will provide you with a detailed understanding of how large scale national corporate agricultural businesses are structured and operate.

**Qualifications**:
To qualify for the Graduate Program you must be in your final year (or have recently completed over the past 3 years) tertiary studies at a **Certificate IV, Diploma, Bachelors or Masters level from an accredited educational institution. **Although not limited to, we encourage students who are enrolled in the following qualifications to apply:

- Agriculture
- Agricultural Science
- Farm Management
- Agribusiness
- Agronomy
- Commerce/Business (with an interest in Agriculture).

You will be required to meet residency requirements by holding Australian/New Zealand Citizenship or a valid Australian Permanent Resident Visa.
