**Bolton Clarke Group** one of Australia’s largest independent, not-for-profit providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care, operating nationally and internationally. Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.

Sandbrook, a 109 bed residential aged care facility located in Burleigh Waters. It is near the beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast, as well as several shopping centres, schools, public transport, restaurants and a vast range of health and community services.

**The Job**

Promote wellness, independence, social connections and recreation activities based on the needs and interests of our residents. Assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of meaningful activity programs that engage and connect our residents and aligns with their choices. Assist in the organisation of social and recreational activities.

Be the smiling face who brightens the day of our residents at Sandbrook

**You bring**:Experience in a similar role a current First Aid Certificate (with CPR), experience in delivering social and recreational activities and programs to seniors, and a background in providing support to residents with cognitive impairment. A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or a similar qualification is highly desirable. You’ll also have a genuine passion to work with the elderly, fabulous communication and team work skills and basic computer skills.
