Float Educator

Shift: Wednesday to Friday, 8hrs day
- 24hrs per week

Fixed Term Contract: Now till 01/09/2023

**About Little Eagles**:
Located in the south of the Hawkesbury region in the suburb Richmond (Dharug Country), our early childhood service offers high quality care for children aged 0 - 5 years of age. With a capacity for 76 children, Little Eagles pride themselves of being connected with the local community and creating, long lasting relationships with the defence families attending our service.

**Describing Our Little Eagles Educators**:
We are looking for people who believe in our organisational values and wanting to be apart of of our team for a long time. At One Tree Community Services, we take great pride towards inclusive practice, especially with our educators. We have a educators from all walks of life, who can speak different languages and come from different vocational backgrounds, sharing their transferrable skills.

**Our Educators Have**:

- Successfully completed either a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Passionate person who will bring positive energy and loves to collaborate with peers
- Sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- A pioneer towards embedding best practice
- Excellent communication skills and has a person centered approach

**Please note**:
This position is a contracted until the 1st of September 2023.

However opportunities to either extend or turn into permanent will be reviewed.
