**Are you ready?**

Optus are seeking a proactive, detail oriented and customer-focused Installation Technician to join our ‘O-Team’ - a dedicated team assisting our customers to set up, install and use their smart devices. The O-Team Audio Visual Installer is responsible for effectively and productively completing all assigned field activities, delivering the highest standard of service for all customers. The O-Team AV Installer will be responsible for completing a variety of field installation services, including but not limited to installation of devices, wall mounting, technical setting up of devices.

The O-Team AV Installer must prioritise health and safety, adhering to relevant WHS policies and procedures at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete all assigned field work to a high standard and in a safe manner
- Provide customer focused services in line with Optus objectives and KPI’s
- Maintaining assigned equipment and stock & completing regular vehicle audits
- Complying with reasonable health & safety instructions, procedures and policies

**About You**:

- Service or field technician background - ie: audio visual, electrical, security, networks, smart home
- Prior experience mounting wall devices and/or conducting handyperson work
- Skilled in customer service, and interacting with customers
- Experience installing home theatre systems - desirable
- Security Installers license - desirable
