**Your Role**: The Performance Monitoring and Reporting team is looking for someone with strong quantitative analysis and communication skills, and extensive experience in working with data.As the Principal Statistical Officer, you will:

- have strong technical capabilities in scripting and data manipulation - primarily using SQL;
- use contemporary statistical and data science techniques to support analysis of performance data - primarily using R/R Studio;
- work collaboratively across the department to translate questions and requirements into meaningful analysis and reporting;
- concisely communicate analysis output to a wide variety of audiences; and
- create clear, reproducible and well-written reports with precise language and relevant visualisations.
