**The Company**:
One of Victoria's leading home builders are seeking a motivated Project Administrator to support their team across a range of tasks - a varied role that will keep you on your toes

Currently building over 1000 homes per year, they are a household name in Victoria. With a strong pipeline of site starts lined up for 2020, they are looking for someone to provide administrative support their busy team.

**The Opportunity: Salary $90k + super**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reporting to the Major Works Project Manager and Building Manager, the Major Works Project Administrator‘s role is to oversee project workflow life cycle to ensure a high level of timeline management is achieved, communication across all applicable parties is adopted, documentation management, quality control and accuracy is implemented and maintained.
- The Major Works Project Administrator will be required to communicate effectively and professionally with fellow team leaders, consultants, partners, and clientele to ensure a successful outcome for each project is achieved.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Medium density experience is a must
- Completion of a degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education
and training.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and organise, showing initiative excellent time
management skills and strong attention to detail with limited supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft formal
correspondence, as well as build and maintain effective working relationships with key
stakeholders.
- Strong degree of problem-solving skills in addition to the provision of sound judgement when
decision making is required.
- Excellent computer skills and competency in a range of software packages including
Microsoft Office suite, Share point, Click Homes and various reporting systems
