This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong creative eye and attention to detail that is passionate about creating unique content that celebrates the Coco & Lola brand across all digital and social touch points.

This role sees you working closely with our Creative and Digital team based in our Head Office in Alexandria, Sydney. You will be responsible for executing and curating authentic, meaningful and engaging content with the Coco & Lola customer front of mind. You will capture all content for our social media channels. This content will explore both still and video mediums.

As our **Social Media and Content Creator** you will be responsible for the operations of Coco & Lola’s social media channels. This includes the communication and representation of the Coco & Lola brand across all social media touchpoints and platforms. You will work closely with our Head of Styling and Brand Visuals to reinvigorate our brand presence across all social media channels.

This role is highly creative which requires thinking outside of the box and bringing new ideas to the forefront daily. In a hands-on and fast paced role, you will develop highly engaging content across multiple digital channels that has a strong link to brand strategy. You will be a brand ambassador for Coco & Lola in every facet and requires a highly organised, quick to pivot and passionate team player.

**Role & Responsibilities**

Create, execute and capture engaging, innovative and unique content for our Coco & Lola customer across all digital and social media platforms, including Instagram (grid, stories and reels), eDMs, Facebook, Tik Tok. Pinterest and the Coco & Lola website.
- Be responsible for bringing the Coco & Lola brand vision to life across all social media platforms. Including and not limited to: _Instagram Grid, Instagram Stories, Instagram Reels, Instagram TV, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube._
- Create both static and motion content in line with creative briefs developed by our Head of Styling and Brand Visuals. This could include but not limited too; flatlays, rack and visual merchandising imagery and videos. This will also evolve to a collaborative process where you will work closely with the Head of Styling and Brand Visuals to continually develop new content ideas for social media platforms.

Be able to work independently and proactively to execute creative briefs and lead by example when creating and being present within the Coco & Lola retail space.- Be involved in weekly meetings / or as necessary with the Creative and Digital Team to discuss content performance, engagement and new concepts.

Have a finger on the pulse with new social media trends and platforms to keep Coco & Lola at the forefront of.
- Be involved and take part in Coco & Lola content, while being a brand ambassador for Coco & Lola in every facet.
Be able to edit and create IG Reels and Tik Tok videos.

Have a strong eye and attention to detail, ensuring that the Coco & Lola brand and product is represented to the highest standard in created content.

- Visit Coco & Lola boutiques to capture in store content as required for digital and social media platforms.
- Constantly draw inspiration from a wide variety of fashion media to inspire content ideas, posing references, cropping, angles and movement to share with the key leaders in the creative team for feedback.
- Work closely with the Head of Styling and Brand Visuals to ensure our imagery and content is strong, consistent and inline with our overall brand guidelines. For example this includes, framing, lighting, angles, model poses and cropping.

Ensure the Coco & Lola brand standards are maintained, managed and delivered in order to build our social media community and grow followers and inline with our KPIs and benchmarks.- Manage and engage with our Coco & Lola community across all social media platforms daily, including responding to all comments from our customers including direct messages, reviews and feedback

Manage and upload the daily social media content. Including but not limited to: Instagram stories, reels, Tik Tok to meet daily KPI’s around post frequency, engagement & sales.
