**Application Support Specialist**
- Location Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid work arrangements
- Full time ongoing opportunity (35 hours per week)
- Salary from $101,947 to $112,849 pa. + super and annual leave loading

**Your role**

**What you’ll do**

**What we’re looking for**
- A Good understanding of the software development life cycle and release management.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems including Window 7, Windows 10 and Windows Server.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices.
- Knowledge of service management tools such as ServiceNow & Jira.
- Dedicated customer service and excellent frontline service delivery focus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in non-technical terminology.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan & prioritise tasks in a high pressure environment.
