**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Member Fraud and Privacy Incident Manager, the Member Privacy Specialist is responsible for managing incidents, complaints, suspected data breaches and any activity, process or control relating to member privacy.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

- Manage and lead the investigation and remediation of member privacy incidents with an overarching focus on minimising business risk in accordance with Fund privacy procedures.
- Record all cases in the Fund’s Incident Management system in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
- Utilise reporting and data to identify areas of improvement and systemic issues across both initiatives and BAU operations.
- Attend and participate as a representative at meetings and forums where ideas, information and actions are shared to improve the overall operational effectiveness in relation to privacy incident management.
- Liaise with external parties as required to ensure fair and objective outcomes.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and external third parties. Other activities as required to support and assist both the Member Fraud and Privacy Incident Manager including broader team activities that relate to financial crime and privacy protection.

**What You’ll Need**
- Experience in a similar role or within incident management, compliance or risk within Financial Services and/ or Consulting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to draft detailed and comprehensive findings and responses to members impacted by privacy data breaches.
- Well-developed investigation and analytical skills.
- Able to work diligently, efficiently and pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage the range of tasks required of this position.
- Ability to think critically and make logical decisions.
- Should be highly results oriented. RG146 qualification would be highly desirable.
