**Knowledgebase Author/Content Writer**

Join Our Clients Team as a Knowledgebase Author in the Digital Technology Branch in Canberrra.

**Responsibilities**:
**As a Knowledgebase Author, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Knowledgebase, ensuring alignment with the ITIL framework.
- Managing knowledgebase content throughout its lifecycle, including document creation, review, implementation, and upkeep.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and service management system design specifications.
- Researching knowledge management requirements and advising on their applicability in the AEC environment and projects.
- Analysing complex issues and contributing to policy formulation and project management.
- Building and nurturing key internal and external relationships, representing the agency's interests in various forums.
- Making well-informed decisions based on expertise, knowledge, and relevant regulations.
- Supporting election preparation and delivery activities according to agency goals and responsibilities.
- Undertaking additional duties or responsibilities as directed.

**Requirements**:
**To succeed in this role, you must meet the following mandatory requirements**:

- Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and its relationship with service and knowledge management.
- Knowledge and experience in documenting service desk support artifacts and tools.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and deliver quality results within set timelines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively respond to stakeholder needs across a geographically dispersed network.
- Strong analytical abilities to facilitate change and contribute to business improvement strategies.
- Demonstrated personal integrity while achieving results within legislative and policy parameters.

**Desirable Skills**:
**While not mandatory, the following skills are considered advantageous**:

- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM toolset.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in service desk support, knowledgebase development, or a similar role.

**Security Requirements**:
Applicants will be required to obtain a Police Check and have the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum
**Baseline Clearance.**
