Working closely with the Payroll Manager, this role is responsible for processing timely, accurate and compliant payroll across Australia (1350 employees) and New Zealand (100 employees). This will include processing fortnightly payroll for Australia, weekly and monthly payroll for New Zealand, maintaining employee records, and reconciling accounts and run end of month reports.

You will also be providing employment advice to Branch and Regional Managers and assisting in the troubleshooting of ELMO Keypay and the use of Micropay for New Zealand Payroll. Join the leading Residential & Commercial Pest & Hygiene Services Company.

**What you will be doing**
- Processing fortnightly payroll for AU
- Processing weekly payroll for NZ
- Maintaining employee records
- Calculating and processing termination and redundancy calculations as per relevant awards, EAs, Employment contracts, company policies and other relevant legislation
- Providing employment advice to Branch and Regional Managers
- Implementation and troubleshooting of ELMO HRIS (eHub)
- Reconcile account and run end of month reports
- Perform other payroll related duties as directed
- Work with the business stakeholders to ensure the function is regarded and seamless
- Ensure that all payrolls are compliant and in line with legislation and regulations
- Participating in any internal or external audit as required
- Liaise with Payroll vendors as required

**About you**
- Be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal people skills, with solid experience in a similar role
- Partner with the Payroll Manager and stakeholders to deliver critical payroll outcomes.
- Comfortable working to work under pressure, tight deadlines whilst ensuring your work is of the highest standard.
- Excellent communication skills with engaging people skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interpreting EA’s, company policies and employment contracts
