**Core Functions**
- Demonstrate products and services to customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Maintain a high-level knowledge of the company products products in order to assist customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls
- Telephone sales
- Prepare and follow up on all enquiries
- Resolve customer problems and complaints in a fair, professional and efficient manner.
- Identify advantages and compare organisation’s products/services.
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
