Refresh Hospitality is a full-service event agency managing over 500 events across our four wedding and event venues. Weddings are our bread & butter, and our team is incredibly customer-focused, aiming to provide an exceptional level of service at every event.

**Our venues include**:

- The Button Factory - Cheltenham.
- The Ivory - Elsternwick.
- The Woolmill - Brunswick East.
- Twotonmax - North Melbourne.
- Gather & Tailor - West Melbourne.
- The Trust - CBD.

We are looking for bartenders and waitstaff and function supervisors to work on-site at The Button Factory, our gorgeous wedding venue located in Cheltenham.

**The Most Flexible Roles in Hospo**

These roles are perfect for students, backpackers, or as a second job because we give you complete flexibility in selecting your shifts. We send out a list of shifts each week, and you can select any that suit you. If you want to take 4 weeks off during exams, then work 40 hours the next week - that is completely fine with us

**You Must Have**:

- Enjoy working & always work with a smile.
- Fun, bubbly personality.
- Banquet food & beverage experience preferred, but not required. (we will train the right people).
- Happy to work hard & get your hands dirty when needed.
- Availability during typical wedding times - (evenings & weekends).
- Have a Valid RSA
- Strictly 18 and over

Show us what you can do Instead of interviewing we prefer just you get you working on a (paid) trial shift so that you can meet the team, and we can see what you can do. If we all like each other, then we will get you set up on our systems for more shifts
