**Position Type**: Casual - 12 hour shifts on rotating roster

**Location**: Campbelltown Integration Support Centre (ISC)

The primary purpose of the role is to provide support and assistance to the residents of an Integration Support Centre (ISC) and facilitate effective and efficient implementation of the CSNSW’s ISC policies and protocols.

The ISC accommodates up to 26 residents who can present with complex needs and challenging behaviours. We are looking for proactive, dedicated and team orientated individuals who can maintain a sympathetic and empathetic attitude to residents whilst remaining objective when dealing with emotional situations.

The successful applicant must be prepared to work 12 hour shifts 10.00am to 10.00pm or 10.00pm to 10.00am on a rotating roster.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to attain within 3 months (Appropriate training will be provided by CSNSW, if necessary)
- Current Driver Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role
- Post-secondary educational qualifications and/or equivalent experience in welfare-related work or social science environment
- A resume of no more than three (3) pages.
- A cover letter no more than two (2) pages which clearly details your skills, experience and capabilities relevant to the role.
