**About the role**

Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager and supported by a team of multi-disciplinary health professionals, the Clinical Lead will be responsible for maintaining a high-standard of clinical care at Reynella Lodge, while ensuring Life Care continue to provide an exceptional customer experience to both residents and their families.

The role will be required to provide clinical leadership and oversight across a team to ensure our residents are equipped with the support and encouragement to Live Every Day.

This will include:

- The delivery of high-quality, consumer-centric delivery of care;
- Daily leadership, coaching and supervision of Life Care team members whilst providing care to residents in real-time;
- Effective development and management of high-quality clinical care plans and monitoring;
- Positive management of consumer feedback and liaison with families and external stakeholders; and
- Effective development of relationships across multi-disciplinary team to collaborative to achieve resident and operational outcomes.

**About you**

To be considered for the Clinical Lead role, you will be an experienced clinician with the ability to effectively operate at a comparable level and work collaboratively within a team of multi-disciplinary health professionals.

You will be able to express empathy and an innate ability to develop positive working relationships and build rapport with a range of stakeholders including residents, families, staff members and other medical professionals.

You will also have knowledge and experience in working within regulatory and legislative practice parameters in relation to nursing practice and have a developed understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, in order to meet the clinical compliance requirements of the role.

You’ll also need some more practical things:

- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- An ability to obtain a Police Clearance
- Evidence of Covid-19 and Seasonal flu vaccinations
