Storeperson/retail Assistant

Southport, Australia Market Organics Full time

Market Organics Southport is looking for an enthusiastic, detail orientated and energetic store person. The role will include goods receiving, customer service, merchandising and managing inventory. Work week between 35-38 hours
- Passion for wholefoods and organics
- Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be physically fit with the ability to lift up to 30kg
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments
- Hold a current forklift licence (preferable but not essential)
- A sound understanding of computers

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.23 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Southport, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
