About our Centre

Goodstart Early Learning Port Kennedy is located across the road from Rockingham Lakes Primary School. Our centre has recently been rated an Exceeding centre, which is a tremendous award that we are extremely proud of. Several of our educators are bi
- or multi-lingual, and share their native languages with the children as well as extending the hand of familiarity to children from similar backgrounds, promoting a sense of self and belonging.

Fulltime - 38 hours
Opening hours 6:30am - 6pm
Rotating roster (however can be negotiated) to support work life balance
Supportive Centre Director

You’ll help achieve this by

Hold or studying a Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
Hold a valid WWCC in WA
Support the centre director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Mentor and build capabilities with the Centre team
Be responsible for the overall management of the Centre in the Centre Director’s absence
Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
