Lagom Bakery is an artisanal sourdough bakery on the NSW South Coast. Find slowly fermented loaves, viennoiserie, coffee and more.

It was founded after the Head baker’s idea pf start selling his products in a friends restaurant during the covid period.’

Lagom Bakery offers a great selection of bread, viennoiserie, snacks, coffees and more.
- Designing and improving recipes.
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods;
- Decorating and displaying finished products.
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
- Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

**About you**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Baker;
- Strong time management skills;
- Excellent preparation and baking skills;
- Strong communication and team player skills;
Job type: Permanent/full-time

**Salary**: $70,000 - $80,000

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Baker: 2 years (preferred)
