Based in Pinkenba, our client is a leading world wide distributor of construction adhesives and concrete admixtures. They are an international company who believe in promoting from within, offering strong training and career development opportunities for those who are looking for a place to work and feel valued.

**What will you do?**
- Booking freight online
- Entering data to generate despatch documents
- Printing pick slips and organising them to be completed in order.
- Crosschecking the physical finished pallets and weights to manage the truck capacity’s.
- Contacting transport company’s on the phone to follow up or organise quotes and emergency freight.
- Tracking and tracing delivery’s
- Cross checking the reports with outstanding goods to be sent
- Analysing the detail to avoid any stock discrepancy issues.
- Actively checking and labelling outbound goods
- Keeping a log of issue or DIFOT problems.
- Helping in the warehouse where required

**Who are you?**
You will come with a great attitude and willingness to work, you may also possess:

- Prior experience working in a similar role
- High-level of attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Strong confident attitude
- SAP or similar batch tracking system experience preferred
