- Proven experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar
- Knowledge of a wide variety of cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A team player who can collaborate with our kitchen and waitstaff

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and serving beverages to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar
- Recommending drinks to guests based on their preferences
- Ensuring compliance with all food and beverage regulations
- Keeping track of inventory and supplies
