Consulting Arborist

**Join us as a Consulting Arborist with Project Green Group (PGG)**

We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for Arboriculture to join our team as a Consulting Arborist. As a vital part of PGG, you will offer your expert technical advice on best practice management of tree and vegetation resources to our clients. You'll ensure accuracy and high-quality tree management practices in all communications and reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive tree assessments and surveys, providing advice on pests & diseases
- Provide specialist expertise in tree management and maintenance
- Coordinate tree programs including planting, removals, tree root management, and more
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities
- Supervise staff onsite and deliver the expected project outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to PGG guidelines
- Engage in continual professional development to stay updated with industry trends and legislations

Your role will also involve mentoring diploma trainee arborists, inspiring them to reach their full potential. In addition, you may need to undertake 'on-the-tools' duties with Austral Tree Service depending on the workload.

As our Consulting Arborist, you'll have daily interactions with the PG Manager and frequent contact with our clients. You'll also ensure adherence to our health and safety standards, helping maintain a safe and productive work environment.
