We are seeking an experienced **Account Manager** to join our Sales team based in Sydney.

As an **Account Manager **with **DI,** you will be managing an existing portfolio of real estate agency clients and working to safeguard the compliance of their agency, owners and the safety of their tenants. Package includes:

- $80,000 base salary plus super
- Up to $20,000 bonus per annum

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to the NSW Sales Team Leader, **the purpose of your role is to build relationships with our existing and new real estate agency clients and to safeguard their compliance. **Supported by a central, Melbourne-based support team you are your client's principal point of contact. Elements of your role include (but are not limited to):

- Visit clients;
- Take a proactive role in managing and ensuring compliance within your client portfolio, upholding high service standards;
- Promptly respond to client queries, providing assistance and resolving any issues;
- Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance the overall service experience for our clients; and
- Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.
