- Managing People functions including (Workforce Strategy & Capacity; Separations; Workplace Health & Safety, Capability; and Performance)
- Proven experience in formulating, documenting and implementing functional specifications and process modelling and design, including sound knowledge of current Workforce Management trends, including systems integrations and service-orientated architecture.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Queensland Health.
