We are excited to be partnering exclusively with this business to secure them an exceptional Buyers Agent to join their Sydney office, based in the heart of the Eastern suburbs.

The Position

The role of Buyers Agent you will report directly to the National Director. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing, evaluating and securing top-tier properties predominantly in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs
- Researching, performing due diligence, and presenting properties in line with client briefs
- Organising and attending inspections
- Liaising with the relevant conveyancers/solicitors, mortgage brokers, property managers and pest and building inspectors
- Negotiating on properties and executing contracts
- Coordinating pre-settlement inspections and managing the settlement process
- Nurturing clients and providing search updates throughout the buying process
- Fostering strong relationships with agents to secure properties on and off market

The Person

To be successful in the role as Buyers Agent you will have
- High level market knowledge of the Sydney real estate market (ideally the Eastern Suburbs)
- A network of selling Agents in the Eastern Suburbs
- An in depth understanding of the private treaty and auction process
- Excellent sales, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills, time management and the ability to multi task
- Integrity, transparency and a customer centric approach
