We currently have an exciting opportunity for a school Grounds Person and Handyman to join a historic school, located on the banks of the Swan River, to commence immediately in an ongoing role.

**Duties**:

- Clearing of rubbish and debris from school grounds and paths
- Maintenance of grounds; use of whipper snippers, trimmers, hedgers and brush cutters
- Operating push and ride on mowers
- Garden maintenance including; planting, mulching, weeding and pruning
- Minor repairs to school buildings; patching, painting, installation of furniture some basic plumbing and electrical works

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a grounds person or handyman type role
- Working With Children’s Check
- White Card
- National Police Clearance - or ability to obtain
